Group Registration
Please read the following instructions carefully before making a group registration
- Please note that the on-line group registration can only be used to register delegates.
- Group registration is only possible for companies or travel agencies wishing to register delegates for the meeting.
- Registrations will not be accepted without the work or home address of each delegate.
- It is not possible to register an accompanying person without a delegate.
How to make your group registration online
In order to register your delegates for the meeting you need to log in on the online registration system with your username and password. If you have never registered at this website applications before you can request a username and password on the first page of the online registration system. After having received your username and password you can start registering your delegates.
Choose "Another person" if you wish to register 1 person (other than yourself).
Choose "Multiple persons" if you wish to register more than 1 person.
Membership check
The membership status will be checked. Indicate if someone is a resident or PhD Researcher; for these registrations you have to send a proof of status to Congress Consultants B.V.. This does not apply to members of the EAU, ESMO and ESTRO.

A proof of status is an official letter written by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead. Without a proof of status, reduction on the registration fee will not be granted.
Payment
- Registration must be accompanied by full payment.
- If payment of the registration fee has not been received prior to 19 October 2007 your delegate(s) will have to pay on-site in order to obtain their meeting documents.
- Shortly after receipt of your finalised on-line registration you will be sent a confirmation, group overview and an invoice for your registration(s). Please check these documents carefully and contact Congress Consultants B.V. if you have questions or remarks.
- Please note 19% VAT will be added to all registration fees.
Registration deadlines
1 October 2007: deadline payment early registrations fee (payment should have been received by Congress Consultants B.V.)
19 October 2007: deadline online registrations. After this date registrations can be made on-site at the congress venue from 2-4 November 2007.
Cancellations
Before 1 October 2007: € 50,- will be withheld
Between 1 October and 19 October 2007: 50% refund
After 19 October 2007: no refund
Name Change
After 19 October 2007: € 25,- will be withheld
Collection of registration documents
Collective pick-up (by a representative of your company/ travel agency)
When you register a group and wish to pick up your delegates' meeting documents, we strongly suggest that you make an appointment on 1 November 2007, since 2 November 2007 will be very busy and no appointments can be made. Please contact the registration department (phone: +31 26 3890 680) if you wish to make an appointment.
If no appointment has been made your representative can only collect your delegates' meeting documents upon presentation of the confirmation at the group registration desk on 2-4 November 2007.
Individual pick-up (by the delegate)
If your delegates are going to collect their meeting documents individually at the pre-registration desk, you will receive a separate confirmation for each delegate. Please make sure your delegates receive these confirmations. Meeting documents will only be handed out upon presentation of a registration confirmation.
